Singapore’s Global Investor Program (GIP) offers residence to high-net-worth individuals who make substantial business or investment commitments.

 

To qualify, applicants must invest at least SGD 2.5 million in a new or existing business or in a government-approved fund. The program is designed for experienced entrepreneurs and owners of fast-growing companies who wish to relocate to Singapore, which is widely regarded as Asia’s leading financial and innovation hub.

 

The GIP grants permanent resident (PR) status to the main applicant and immediate family members. Singapore PR status provides access to world-class education, healthcare, and an exceptional quality of life, along with a stable, business-friendly environment.

 

After two years, investors may apply for renewal or eventual citizenship subject to strict conditions.
