Italy Residence by Investment

- Italy Investor Visa

Italy’s Investor Visa is an attractive option for high-net-worth individuals looking to live in one of Europe’s most culturally rich countries. To qualify, applicants must make an eligible investment such as a minimum of EUR 250,000 in an innovative startup, EUR 500,000 in an Italian company, EUR 2 million in government bonds, or donate EUR 1 million to a public-interest project.

The visa grants a renewable two-year residence permit, which can be extended for three more years and ultimately lead to permanent residency and citizenship after ten years of legal residence. The Italy Investor Visa covers family members and does not require a minimum stay, although full-time residence is needed for citizenship.

Italy’s world-renowned culture, exceptional lifestyle, and special tax regime for new residents make this program an appealing option for investors who want a European base in a thriving economy.
